Whoa, cool. Where are we at in this photo? Do you know anything else about the operator of this... contraption? 2 pedals as in two sets of pedals like a tandem, or just normal 2 pedals setup?

Okay. One set of pedals. The whole thing is powered by that guy. It was taken near the Redwood Forest in California. This guy, Brian, claims to have been on this thing for 11 years. During that time, he has stayed mostly in California, and occasionally went to Mexico.
