Broken crank spindle at arm

BMX pros..[only have] one bike. And when that bike breaks..surprise..you ride a competitors bike.
Note jagged edge on BMX spindle. Arm is at upper left of picture. Note end bolt, and no pinch clamp on left arm. This spindle is probably splined, with an interference-fit crank.
Crank brand not given; looks similar to "Premium Products Lite Cranks".
BMX cranks tend to be of relatively heavy construction and typically use splined steel spindles of 18mm to 22mm and thick-wall construction. However, BMX bicycles also tend to be riden in ways that they are frequently airborne, frequently crashed, and get many high-load cycles. As result, parts failure rates are relatively high.
