Hello All, Since we have been recently discussing the Torsilastic suspension, and the vulnerablity of the truss and cross members of the VL-100, Hi- Liner, Flx-Liner series too failure after rusting....Here are some really scary pix. I am posting them in the photos sections for all to see under "Torsilastic Truss failure, VL-100". As you can see the vertical truss that is out board, and runs up to the belt line has pulled out and moved inwards at an angle about 4- 5". The rubber bushed part of the Torsilastic has now rammed into the diagonal inboard truss, and will slam it on every bump. This is on the left side of the coach, and the bathroom is right above it....Me thinks water, and potty leaks contributed to the severe corrosion on the left rear . The other side is said to be fine. Has anyone in the group actually repaired this type of damage? Or could you reccomend a good shop to do the repairs? Preferably close to Maryland, Virginia, eastern PA? Thanks, Kenneth
